Welcome to Rolling Oaks Baptist Church

June 2020
"So Many Changes!"
I think you will agree that the last few months have been exceedingly crazy! We have the politics on almost every lever, the virus that has caused a lot of trouble in the health of our country, police abuse and protests, and well, I am sure I forgot a few things for the list. Schools, businesses, churches, hospitals, you name it, have shut down until they feel safe enough to reopen. Our church had on-line services throughout all this mess and even though we started meeting again in-house June 7, 2020 we will still continue to have a live-stream presence on our website www.rollingoaksbaptistchruch.com and more. While our first service had expected lower attendance, we do expect it to pick up as time goes on. The church is very busy getting some building and grounds upgrades completed. We of course are practicing social distancing and doing our best to keep everyone safe which means modifying our services a bit.
So if you are looking for a friendly church that provides a spiritual place for you to grow in, come check us out. We have a lot of children and a great Youth group waiting for your family. We have a Youth Pastor just for the youth and a Children's Leader for the kid's We have sports teams, special ministries, and more all designed to grow you. So the question really is, "Why wouldn't you to visit us?" We would love to help you with your spiritual journey.
Need more information or would like to speak to the Pastor? You can reach the Pastor, Pastor John Boubel, at (210) 860-7611 or by email at job@robc-sa.org

As Christians we are told by Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:19-20, "Go you therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. (20) Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world, Amen." Christian, you are a teacher too, so go out and do as the scriptures say, people are waiting for you!
Our website provides an insight into personality of ROBC. You and I know that it is best to visit a prospective church.
