VBS is coming to ROBC!!!! June 3rd-June 7th

Come join us as we learn about God's awesome power by discovering His signature on His creation. Have snack time at Pericutian Volcano, make crafts at the Great Barrier Reef and play games at the Grand Canyon. It's sure to be a great time of fun and celebration as we learn about our amazing world, our Creator and His desire to have a relationship with us.

Face Your GIANTS!"

When David was just a boy, before he was king of Israel, he was sent by his father to take lunch to his brothers who were at war fighting the Philistines. When he got to the battle front he found the army of the Lord (including his older brothers) and the king sitting in fear while a giant named Goliath railed against God and Gods army. David could not stand the horrible way Goliath spoke about God and His army. So he decided to go in the power of the God and kill this giant. He took his sling shot and 5 smooth stones, one of which he put right between Goliath's eyes! Goliath fell dead at David feet and the Philistines went running!
So how was little David able to conquer this 9 foot giant warrior? He had faith in God, he knew he couldn't do it on this own! He would have to rely not on his power but the power of God! You see, David knew that the God he served was bigger and more powerful than the giant that stood before him. Now that's a lesson we all need to learn, God is bigger than whatever giant we face! Relationship problems, finance problems, parenting challenges, health issues, worries, fears, pressures, addictions, and even low self-esteem. Our God is bigger than all of these and more! But when you don't attack these problems with faith in God chances, are you will fail! Christians are "God equipped" to be giant killers! Get your faith in order, and destroy the giants in your life.
